SCOPE OF SERVICES
Anna K Studo offers a coplete paintig services that
include high quality residential painting and full
spectrum of decorative painting services. A subject
of our high quality decorative finishes are walls,
floors, ceilings, architectural items such columns,
moldings or pilasters and furniture. We provide a
custom approach that will inspire and create unique
designs to enhance living and work spaces in residential
and commercial properties. Our services include but
are not limited to:
• Free consultation and sample presentation.
• Design assistance with theme, color, design,
style.
• High quality residential painting
• Faux finishing such as Marbling
• Decorative wall finishes including glazing,
stuccos and other textures.
• Murals, Trompe l’oeil, art on canvas
and digitally painted canvas.
• Stenciled and free hand painted accents.
• Nurseries and children's rooms.
• Architectural Items including gilding and
aging.
In addition to traditional murals we offer an option
of painting on canvas or panel systems up to 10 feet
high by 40 feet wide in our studio for a fast and
clean installation on the job site.
PRICING
The size, detail, surface prep, theme, time and supplies all figure into the cost of a mural. The pricing for faux finish is normally based on a square footage cost and a degree of complication of the specific finish. The cost varies depending on the type of finish selected as well as the area of work. We are willing to negotiate the price of the finish for large areas. Architectural items such as fireplaces, cabinets, stairs, furniture etc. are priced as a project charge. We are insured and certified to assure your satisfaction.
